Description
This is our 13th multi-track release and latest sonic creation by Blue Bass Drum. Probably best described as an EP. This release features more of a quartet format, with a few twists in creativity with more synths, kettle drums and wordless vocals. A violin was mostly used to double the guitar and give extra sustain. The inspiration for this collection came from various 70’s and 80’s hits and other music that I listened to growing up. The artists that inspired us this time were Rush, Yes, Genesis, Jackson 5, Sly and the Family Stone and others. We wrapped them in the Blue Bass Drum bow to make them our own. To a large extent this release is something I always wanted to do.
