It’s been a little over a year since my wife had a really bad stroke and I became a full-time caretaker. I was days away from finishing this music when she got sick. It’s been a tough year, but I was able to find a few minutes here and there, and finally finish the 12th release from Blue Bass Drum called “Strings of Light”.
It’s a continuation of writing for what we call a Sonic Quintet, and this time the Violin is the fifth instrument. The violin brought some challenges and also some really beautiful textures to the music.
